Our Strategy

Our team will curate a highly targeted list of off-market property owners or investor buyers, ensuring you reach the right audience. Using 1PropertyMarket (1PM AI)—our proprietary AI-driven lead generation and automation platform—we’ll design and execute a sophisticated, results-driven outbound sales and marketing campaign.
This includes cold calling, SMS campaigns, email blasts, direct mail campaigns, PPC advertising, and hyper-targeting FSBO, expired listings, auction properties, distressed assets, and sphere-of-influence (SOI) leads—all optimized to maximize deal flow and conversion potential.
We then target a specific zip code and asset class that you decide on and are an expert in. Doubling down on what you are already excelling at.
We then focus on replacing human beings with A.I. based Agents and automation to perform outbound telemarketing, ringless voicemails, text messaging, and emails towards the list of property owners we initially sourced before they decide to list with a competitor!
Our advanced A.I. Agents then prequalify and categorize the inbound seller leads and label them as either Interested, or Possibly Interested sellers. Thus, eliminating the excruciating grunt work of ciphering through all of the rejections and wrong numbers for us.
Your Role
We then invest in referring those prequalified (they already have been called, texted, and qualified as interested sellers), off-market seller leads to a market expert like yourself to follow up, build rapport, ask additional questions, COMP, underwrite, and evaluate the property value in the effort to either:
List the property
Write up a CASH offer on our funds behalf (if we are interested in the deal)
Profit Sharing

Option 1: Work the Leads Together as a Team (50/50 Partnership)
Through the MTIP Collective, we team up to convert cold relationships into closed transactions. We’ll share all hard costs and responsibilities, ensuring each lead is nurtured and converted into a profitable deal. We invest 50/50 and, after expenses, split all profits equally (50/50).
Option 2: Work the Leads Independently (75/25 Profit Split)
Prefer to work the leads exclusively? We’ll fund and prequalify the leads, then refer them to you to close. You’ll take full control of working the leads, while we cover 50% of the marketing and lead generation costs. In return, you keep 75% of the profits from any closed deal, and we receive a 25% share as our referral fee.
